Job Description

Reserv is seeking a VP of Business Development to drive growth within the commercial auto and fleet claims market. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building relationships with MGAs, carriers, and self-insured entities to establish Reserv as a leading TPA.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Significant experience in commercial auto/fleet claims
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of P&C insurance and TPA market
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel
