Reserv is seeking a Strategic FP&A Lead to shape the company's financial future by leading financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. This high-impact role reports to the CFO and collaborates with the executive and founding teams to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Lead headcount and capacity planning
• Prepare monthly reporting packages
• Support strategic decision-making through analysis
• Act as a financial business partner
• Track and analyze company KPIs
• Collaborate with Accounting
• Contribute to build-out of financial systems
• Drive process improvements
• Support ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Strategic Finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
