Job Description

Reserv is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to focus on the company's scalability. This role involves working closely with the SVP of Operations and the executive team to lay the foundation for future growth, solve emerging gaps, and drive high performance. The ideal candidate will be an ex-Bain, BCG, or McKinsey consultant with a focus on data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and execution to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
• Utilize data analytics to generate insights and support decision-making
• Champion technology adoption and innovation
• Mentor subject-matter experts and build analytical skills
• Create executive-level communications

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of management consulting experience at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey
• Undergraduate degree
• First principles thinking
• Experience in transformations or post-merger integrations is a plus
