Job Description

Reserv is seeking an experienced data analyst to define growth potential and uncover insights that drive better decisions across the company. The role involves building dashboards, developing reports, collaborating with teams, and communicating findings to leadership in a fast-paced, Series B stage start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards
• Develop Python- and SQL-based reports
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Conduct analyses to investigate performance issues
• Serve as technical liaison between data team and stakeholders
• Communicate ideas and solutions
• Influence data team culture

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Willingness to take on tasks outside core competency
