Reserv is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to define growth potential and deliver high-fidelity data and insights to customers. The role involves working with a modern data stack, serving as a technical liaison, building ML tools, and influencing the engineering team's culture.

Responsibilities

• Work with Python, Postgres, Looker, dbt, AWS
• Serve as technical liaison with customers
• Ship reporting code and build ML tools
• Translate claim lifecycle into structured data
• Communicate ideas through writing
• Influence engineering team culture
• Creative problem-solving

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Experience with large datasets
• Customer communication skills
• Robust model building skills
• High-cadence data analysis experience
• Prioritization skills
• Willingness to take on tasks outside core competency
