Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in Showpad's growth by sharing the company's success story with organizations and demonstrating the value of aligning Sales and Marketing. The role involves prospecting, pipeline generation, and selling to various levels within enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy
  • Consulting and advising prospects
  • Demonstrating the value of Showpad's solution
  • Team-selling with Business Development Reps, Solutions Engineers, and other teams
  • Understanding and aligning with Senior Sales, Marketing, and Enablement priorities
  • Selling to all levels of a company, including C-level executives
  • Negotiating pricing with value discipline

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to prospect strategic decision-makers and executives
  • Startup mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Passion for Showpad's product
  • Desire for personal and company growth
  • Formal sales training (Value Selling, SPICED, Challenger, etc.)
  • Sales or Marketing Technology sales experience preferred
