The role involves driving cross-functional awareness of requirements, leading strategic thinking on technical business processes, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the systems development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct analyses and produce documentation
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements
• Monitor and research postproduction deployments
• Author and maintain internal and external documentation
• Perform systems analytics to optimize performance
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners for systems integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Visio)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in creating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills
