Job Description

2K is seeking a highly organized Marketing Program Manager to join the NBA 2K Marketing team. This role will be the central operational hub for all marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and adherence to timelines throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate marketing development from concept to final plan
• Develop and maintain project timelines
• Identify project risks and roadblocks
• Track and manage marketing budget
• Manage events and activations calendar
• Track and manage creative assets
• Ensure marketing activities are legally compliant
• Liaise between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Creative teams
• Prepare status updates and reports
• Coordinate special projects and team events

Requirements

• Proven experience in program/project management, preferably in marketing
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative and positive attitude
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira)
• Experience with asset management systems is a plus
