Job Description

2K is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand marketing efforts for the WWE 2K franchise. This role involves defining the relationship between the products and the global community, driving brand strategy, leading campaign planning, and collaborating with WWE and Visual Concepts to amplify the franchise’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global brand strategy for WWE 2K
  • Develop and execute global announce and launch campaigns
  • Translate strategic priorities into creative assets
  • Serve as primary brand stakeholder in campaign meetings
  • Partner with WWE on co-branded initiatives
  • Drive ongoing brand health through player engagement
  • Manage creative development pipeline
  • Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics
  • Gain understanding of target audiences through research

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience
  • Experience leading high-impact campaigns
  • Understanding of brand strategy and marketing metrics
  • Creative acumen and experience with marketing assets

  • Cultural fluency in pop culture and gaming
