Job Description

NBA 2K is seeking a Specialist to join their Global Community & Creators team. This role focuses on managing community platforms, supporting player feedback, assisting with events and livestreams, and coordinating creator opportunities to foster engagement between the game and its fans.

Responsibilities

• Manage official NBA 2K communities (Discord, Twitch, Steam)
• Support moderation efforts
• Monitor fan communities
• Execute community surveys
• Support player feedback documentation
• Assist with event execution
• Coordinate livestream guests
• Organize creator opportunities
• Track creator content performance
• Contribute to content copywriting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Community/Creator Relations, content production, or player support
• Strong understanding of NBA 2K
• Knowledge of community platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Steam)
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and G Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for fostering positive player experiences
• Enthusiasm for building creator opportunities
