Job Description

2K is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Partnerships Officer and Partnerships Leadership Team. This role involves high-level administrative tasks like calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, as well as project-based work such as presentation development and communication management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide meeting support
  • Coordinate meetings and functions
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with presentation and report preparation
  • Support project timelines
  • Track initiative status
  • Conduct research
  • Serve as a point of contact
  • Plan team events
  • Support onboarding
  • Assist other administrative team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years experience
  • Prior senior level admin experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Experience in a business development environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience with large scale meeting coordination
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task
