Job Description

The Manager, Talent Licensing will collaborate with 2K’s Publishing and Development teams to strategize and execute inbound and outbound licensing efforts, managing rights and negotiating deals with talent, brand partners, and properties to support revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing initiatives and rights management
• Negotiate deal terms with talent and brand partners
• Provide support for college-basketball activations
• Secure rights for IP used in game development and marketing
• Manage data and documentation
• Develop sales toolkits
• Collaborate with legal counsel on contracts
• Work with finance to track invoices

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in entertainment licensing or partnership management
• Experience negotiating entertainment and sports licensing deals
• Experience working with brand partners and talent agencies
• Strong knowledge of the video game industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
