Job Description

2K is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Manager to build and grow their Mobile UA and Creatives Optimization functions. This role will focus on game-specific audience, creative, and optimization strategies, working with cross-functional teams to launch new mobile franchises and grow existing games.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of UA and retargeting strategies
• Build, manage, test, and optimize campaigns
• Expert in mobile advertising trends
• Take ownership of creative testing
• Monitor and measure creative performance
• Analyze performance and create actionable insights
• Create channel-specific creatives
• Introduce new technology for automation
• Nurture relationships with ad partners

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition
• Proven track record of scaling UA strategies
• Strategic thinker and leader
• Deep understanding of funnel and conversion metrics
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of UA dashboards
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills
• Experience building processes for creative testing
