Job Description

The Music Partnerships and Licensing team at 2K is seeking an organized and entrepreneurial individual to manage music partnerships and licensing deals across all 2K titles. This role involves coordinating music deals, working with musicians and brands, ensuring licensing compliance, and delivering creative value to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership requirements and timelines
• Collaborate with legal counsel on contracts
• Review agreements for compliance
• Secure music quotes for marketing and in-game use
• Pitch studios for custom music
• Coordinate music approval with Ratings Team
• Organize and track agreements and invoices
• Track music usage across all platforms
• Report on rights and fees
• Handle confidential information
• Curate and maintain client relationships
• Research music trends
• Represent 2K at industry events
• Oversee vendor onboarding and payment
• Participate in accounting processes
• Work with Finance for reporting
