Job Description

2K is seeking a Product Manager to join the Core Games Product team focused on Hangar13 Studios. The role involves informing, researching, and evangelizing product insights and data reporting to support AAA game development for the Mafia franchise and future IPs, collaborating with studio, publishing, and cross-functional teams to develop and optimize franchise strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis

Requirements

• 4-6 years in the Games Industry
• AAA Publisher or Studio experience as a Product Manager or Producer
• Experience bringing at least 1 AAA game to market
• Data-informed decision making skills
• Strong scenario modeling and data presentation skills
• Experience with Consumer Insights, User Experience Research, and Data Science
• Understanding of market opportunities and player motivations
• Excellent communication skills
• Alignment-building and collaboration skills
