The Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership within 2K Publishing. This role focuses on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, compensation, and retention strategies, utilizing a data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational design and change management
• Manage and influence stakeholders
• Deliver HR processes and programs
• Advise on performance, compensation, and workforce planning
• Coach leaders on people development

Requirements

• 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced technology environments
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Deep understanding of business operations
• Adaptability and proactivity
• Drive with urgency and tenacity
• Exceptional communication skills
• Gaming industry experience is a plus
