Job Description

The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, optimization, and strategic alignment of the company's learning platform (Cornerstone OnDemand). This role involves managing content, user experience, reporting, vendor relationships, and ensuring the LMS supports organizational development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the LMS
  • Design learning journeys
  • Upload and manage learning content
  • Schedule and track training
  • Build and distribute learning reports
  • Establish content standards
  • Lead platform updates and integrations
  • Create job aids and training materials

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of LMS administration experience
  • Experience with Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Knowledge of SCORM, XAPI, and e-learning authoring tools
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Understanding of learning operations and compliance training
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Experience with HRIS integrations
