Job Description

2K is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to bridge the gap between Technology Infrastructure & Security teams and Take-Two Interactive. This role focuses on driving impactful results through collaborative efforts, managing compliance, security vulnerabilities, and back-end infrastructure, requiring a balance of risk assessment and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for 2K Infrastructure & Security with Take-Two Interactive
• Drive alignment of infrastructure and compliance mandates into engineering work
• Resolve organizational and technical friction points
• Own program communication channels
• Own and enhance vulnerability remediation programs
• Prepare for internal and external audits
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
• Automate compliance evidence gathering and streamline processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on technical compliance
• Ensure sustainable processes for ongoing closure of infrastructure and engineering processes

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management with experience in compliance and/or infrastructure/IT operations
• Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships
• Proven expertise in program management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to articulate technical risks to executive audiences
