Cat Daddy Games is seeking a Game Designer to collaborate on game feature designs and monetization strategies for free-to-play mobile games. The ideal candidate has experience shipping F2P mobile games and will contribute to designing engaging gameplay experiences and analyzing player data.

Responsibilities

• Design gameplay experiences including time-limited events
• Pitch and prototype creative concepts
• Collaborate on balancing fun, difficulty, and monetization
• Build and maintain design documentation
• Analyze player feedback and data
• Stay on top of mobile game trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of game design experience with F2P mobile games
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Expert understanding of the mobile game landscape
