Job Description

Unchained Labs is seeking a motivated sales professional to lead commercial activities in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on finding, nurturing, and closing new business within the life sciences industry, particularly in biologics and gene therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize a sales strategy
  • Demonstrate technology at customer sites
  • Find, nurture, and close new business
  • Represent the business at meetings and conferences
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation
  • Identify market dynamics and influence new product development
  • Report monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field
  • 5+ years of industry experience in sales
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Experience in biologics and gene therapy markets preferred
  • Experience selling in complex environments
  • Travel up to 30% overnight
  • Location in Maryland or Mid-Atlantic US preferred
