Job Description

The FP&A Manager will lead all financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This role focuses on process improvement, automation, and providing analytical insights to support the scaling business and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget and updates
• Create and maintain forecasting models
• Prepare weekly sales forecast
• Manage sales compensation
• Automate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Analyze corporate expenses and projects
• Expand analytical insights
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis
• Assist with quarter-end business assessment
• Support M&A evaluation
• Support debt facility compliance

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in life science or related field
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and FP&A software (Workday Adaptive a plus)
• Proficiency with ERP software (NetSuite a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• MBA a plus
