Job Description

This role will lead the design, build, and launch of a new consumer lending operations function within Intuit Credit Karma, focusing on establishing an operational foundation for lending products while ensuring regulatory compliance and member trust. It begins as an individual contributor role with the potential to scale into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Stand up end-to-end operational function for lending products
• Establish processes, tools, and governance for lending operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams for growth and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics
• Ensure regulatory compliance with lending requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and performance
• Act as operational voice in product discussions
• Build operational roadmap for growth and scalability

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in consumer lending operations
• Strong understanding of lending regulations (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, FDCPA)
• Experience translating regulations into operational processes
• Proven people management experience
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Data-driven decision making skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic and execution-focused
