Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a dynamic Head of Banking to lead their banking business and build a full-scale financial platform for their 100M+ members. This role involves creating strategies, driving initiatives, and leading a cross-functional team to grow the business and champion financial progress.

Responsibilities

• Connect Credit Karma mission to product strategy
• Drive passion within the team
• Guide Banking Operations with Compliance and Legal
• Oversee Risk and Fraud
• Manage execution based on multiple factors
• Manage P&L and secure resources
• Build partnerships with Intuit stakeholders
• Lead and develop a cross-functional organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in banking or neo-banking
• Entrepreneurial spirit and test and learn mindset
• Track record of managing fast growth
• MBA preferred
• Experience managing banking operations
• Strong product knowledge
• Strong experience with Marketing
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization
• Strategic and creative mindset
