Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead their Subscriptions business. This role involves building, scaling, and optimizing a subscription-based business focused on delivering ongoing value to members through personalized guidance and premium features, driving recurring revenue, and leading a cross-functional product team.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Subscriptions
• Build subscription offerings delivering member value
• Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing teams
• Establish success metrics and align team
• Inspire and mentor a team of product managers
• Champion a member-first approach
• Test, learn, and iterate on features and pricing
• Shape strategy within the Product organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Ability to set strategy and execute details
• Data-driven decision making
• Comfort with legal and compliance in consumer finance
