Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Tax product team, focused on delivering easy, fast, and personalized tax filing services to its members. This role involves crafting product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation within the tax ecosystem, with a focus on year-round member support and financial progress.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas and 0-1 opportunities
• Craft product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Design, Research, Analytics, and Marketing
• Use data to inform strategy and iterate on roadmap
• Define Tax member experiences, requirements, and KPIs
• Partner with various internal teams
• Communicate strategy to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of product-related experience in consumer software
• Creative product thinking and design partnership
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to ship products
• Balance speed of execution with quality
• High ownership and willingness to learn
• Comfort with ambiguous goals
• Outcomes-driven and analytical mindset
