Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Credit Karma Money, focusing on checking, savings, and related financial products. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business justification and product requirements
• Utilize consumer insights and market trends for product decisions
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Communicate strategy and project status to leadership
• Monitor product health and performance
• Develop experiments and research plans
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing consumer FinTech products, ideally neobanking
• Degree in a technical discipline is a plus
• Experience crafting consumer product experiences
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple experiences
• Appreciation for the impact of consumer finance products
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment
