Job Description

Ocrolus is seeking a dynamic Account Manager with around 5 years of experience in account management and client servicing. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support revenue growth initiatives, working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships
  • Support senior account managers with account plans
  • Act as primary contact for client queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Track account performance and prepare reports
  • Assist in preparing proposals and renewal documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of account management/customer success SaaS experience
  • Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Client focused solutions experience
  • Ability to communicate client needs internally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
  • Growth mindset
