Job Description

Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Account/Growth Manager to work directly with new SMB/Consumer clients, managing relationships and facilitating process change to maximize platform usage. The role involves process development, forecasting, sales support, training, service, project management, and marketing, with approximately 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly client meetings
  • Identify opportunities to maximize Ocrolus footprint
  • Serve as central point of contact
  • Coordinate with teammates
  • Ensure timely product/service delivery
  • Communicate client needs internally
  • Collaborate with sales team
  • Service multiple clients
  • Keep records of transactions
  • Forecast and track metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 4+ years of SMB/Consumer Lending experience
  • Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling/renewals
  • Client focused solutions experience
  • Ability to communicate client needs
  • Talent for influencing process change
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/relationships
