Job Description

Ocrolus is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own their data products and analytics offering within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) lending vertical. The role involves creating a product strategy, partnering with engineering and data science teams, and translating data insights into actionable products to empower lenders in underwriting, pricing, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Craft and own the SMB lending data & analytics product roadmap
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver products
• Write clear product requirements and strategy documents
• Represent Ocrolus’s SMB data and analytics suite externally
• Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance
• Educate internal stakeholders and collaborate with GTM teams
• Manage end-to-end delivery of new data products
• Develop understanding of Ocrolus solutions
• Explore new market opportunities
• Nurture client relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of strong product management experience
• Passion for building data products for SMB lenders
• SQL proficiency
• Experience with SMB lending, credit, or fintech (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams
• Comfort leveraging AI for product discovery
• Strong client-facing skills
• Track record of driving product adoption
