Job Description

Ocrolus is seeking a passionate and hardworking Sales Development Representative to join their growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting for new business, be comfortable discussing a technical product, and be eager to build a career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generating qualified sales meetings for senior sales reps
  • Making sales calls (cold and warm)
  • Attending networking events and conferences
  • Prospecting on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator
  • Identifying the needs of prospective clients
  • Setting up the sales team for success on accounts
  • Meticulously tracking work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • 1+ year of recent experience as an SDR or BDR in the B2B space
  • 1+ year of experience working in SaaS
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io
  • Expertise managing a pipeline in Salesforce
  • Comfort with cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
