Job Description

This role focuses on engaging with government clients, specifically state Medicaid agencies, to demonstrate how Ocrolus' solutions can improve their processes and achieve measurable outcomes. The Director will drive business expansion and influence mission-critical government initiatives by acquiring new clients within the public sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business preferred
  • Proven track record in public sector customer acquisition
  • 8+ years selling to federal and state government
  • Medicaid experience preferred
  • Experience in developing client relationships
  • Recognition as a public sector authority
  • Collaborative experience with executives
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Medicaid process
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills
