Job Description

Pacvue is seeking a dynamic VP of FP&A to partner with the CFO and executive leadership team during a period of rapid growth. This hands-on role will shape the company’s future by translating analytical insights into strategic guidance and building a world-class FP&A team.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics
• Build and scale FP&A team
• Provide insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive team
• Own operating model and key financial dashboards
• Partner with go-to-market teams
• Advise senior leadership
• Partner with accounting team
• Support capital markets activities and M&A

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or strategic finance
• Experience scaling high-growth technology companies (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Experience with Private Equity or Growth Equity investors
• Deep expertise in financial planning and performance analytics
• Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale FP&A teams
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Excellent cross-functional partnership skills
