Job Description

Pacvue is seeking an experienced attorney for a Senior Counsel role focused on commercial agreements, privacy, compliance, and strategic initiatives. This role will be the most senior legal position within the company, advising the executive team and collaborating with stakeholders to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Develop and manage contract templates
• Lead compliance with global privacy and data protection laws
• Establish and manage compliance programs
• Manage a contracts administrator
• Provide legal support for M&A due diligence

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of in-house experience at a B2B technology company
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Strong grasp of SaaS business models
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws
• Experience in international markets
• Ability to build scalable legal processes
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
