Job Description

Pacvue is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide commerce customers, ensuring they maximize product usage. This role involves resolving complex issues, introducing new offerings, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating customer needs to shape product strategy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in driving enhancements from customer feedback and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on optimal product usage
  • Resolve escalated troubleshooting and product usage cases
  • Introduce new products/services
  • Handle clients of varying complexity
  • Identify trends in customer feedback
  • Communicate customer needs to influence product prioritization
  • Enhance customer insights
  • Create and revise project plans
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
  • 2+ years of managing Amazon DSP campaigns preferred
  • 2+ years of experience managing other ecommerce advertising channels preferred
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret Amazon performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Ability to provide insights for SOP revisions
  • Capacity to manage projects and timelines
  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce strategies
