Job Description

Pacvue is seeking a Senior Manager Partnerships to lead their global partnership portfolio, driving strategy, execution, and relationship management within the commerce and ad tech ecosystem. This role involves managing strategic partners, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high potential partners
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and own OKRs
  • Prepare and run Joint Business Plans
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
  • Partner with Marketing for co-marketing campaigns
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Establish partnership KPIs and reporting
  • Build multi-level relationships
  • Lead renewals and agreements
  • Represent Pacvue at industry events

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Proven success in building technology partnerships
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing partner performance
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced SaaS environments
  • Passion for the commerce and retail media ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel 30–40%
