Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial direction by overseeing planning, forecasting, and analysis for operational functions. This role partners with business operations to optimize growth and efficiency, translating financial insights into actionable strategies and ensuring financial targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning
• Create and maintain an expense tagging process
• Partner with executives to achieve financial goals
• Translate financial data into actionable insights
• Optimize systems and processes for performance and efficiency
• Perform variance analysis and identify risks/opportunities
• Implement performance management frameworks
• Develop investor-ready materials
• Prepare presentations for executive/Board meetings
• Drive process improvement and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or strategic finance
• Understanding of operational processes
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets skills
• Ability to influence senior executives
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
