The Senior Finance Manager at Weedmaps will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for operational functions, partnering with business operations to optimize growth and efficiency. This role involves translating financial data into actionable strategies and ensuring financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning
• Create and maintain an expense tagging process
• Partner with executives to achieve financial goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or strategic finance
• Understanding of operational processes
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets skills
• Ability to influence senior executives
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
