Job Description

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for their Search and Discovery experience. This role focuses on leveraging geo tech, AI, and ML to help customers find cannabis products, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for Search and Discovery
• Own Core Search Algorithms
• Translate business goals into product roadmap
• Prioritize backlog and validate features
• Lead cross-functional team implementation
• Monitor product adoption and impact
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders
• Oversee product planning
• Write product requirements documents
• Engage with customers for feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years product management experience
• Data analytics experience (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap)
• Experience with ML based search models
• 2+ years experience in online commerce
• 4+ years experience owning a Search Tech Stack
