Job Description

The Manager, Sales Operations is a strategic and operational partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, responsible for driving efficiency, visibility, and performance across the sales organization. This role involves optimizing processes, systems, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as managing a small team of operations professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales operations processes
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define KPIs
  • Collaborate cross functionally
  • Manage Salesforce
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Provide actionable insights
  • Improve sales enablement tools
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue/business operations
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong data analytics skills with Salesforce and BI tools
  • Understanding of sales processes and GTM strategy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong data modeling and Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in fast-paced organizations
