Job Description

Lumos is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted partner to their largest and most strategic customers. This role focuses on onboarding, driving adoption and expansion, influencing the product roadmap, and ensuring customer success through strong relationships and consultative guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers and ensure ROI is achieved
  • Develop and execute account strategies for adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Build executive-level relationships and deliver impactful QBRs/EBRs
  • Surface customer insights to influence product and marketing
  • Guide customers on best practices and technology strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related role
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customers
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams
