Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to build the next generation of automating access requests and provisioning infrastructure. This role involves designing and building the user experience and underlying systems that power the App Store interface, request orchestration engine, and provisioning infrastructure, impacting user access speed, security, and IT management.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging technical problems across the stack
• Drive end-to-end development of projects
• Design and build robust, scalable systems
• Uplevel team by providing feedback and mentoring
• Become an expert in the Lumos product
• Grow the engineering team through interviewing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer
• Strong backend development skills
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience with Python and Typescript
