Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Lead Platform Product Manager to lead the development of core services powering their Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities. This role focuses on building and scaling shared identity services and APIs, ensuring scalability and performance for both internal teams and customer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architecture of core identity models
• Define and prioritize data ingestion and normalization
• Define and evolve APIs for platform services
• Drive the roadmap for shared orchestration components
• Ensure platform services are resilient, observable, and scalable
• Collaborate across teams to meet evolving requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience working on internal platforms or infrastructure products
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on data modeling and API schemas
• Skilled at systems-thinking and designing abstractions
• Clear prioritization and stakeholder alignment
• Understanding of identity models and governance concepts is a plus
