Job Description

Lumos is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business and expansion opportunities for enterprise accounts. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, generating pipeline, delivering value propositions, and building strategic relationships with large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate passion for solving complex customer problems
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Generate pipeline in partnership with SDR and Marketing
  • Lead discovery process
  • Deliver value-based demos
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams
  • Share sales insights and learnings

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience
  • 3+ years selling to companies with +2000 employees
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience with IT, Security, GRC buyers
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Salesforce hygiene and deal management skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
