Job Description

Lumos is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead their strategic/enterprise segment in the Central or West US, managing a team of Enterprise AEs and driving predictable growth through strategic planning and execution. The role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team, owning regional strategy, and collaborating with various departments to win competitive evaluations and expand key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, ramp, and mentor Enterprise AEs
  • Set activity and quality standards for sales processes
  • Own regional business plan and resource allocation
  • Manage forecast and deal inspection
  • Ensure execution of sales process
  • Lead pipeline generation strategy
  • Standardize demo/POC success criteria
  • Build partner co-sell motion
  • Diagnose gaps and implement corrective plays
  • Foster an accountable and performance-based culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading enterprise account executives with 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Consistent record of team over-attainment
  • Understanding of SaaS/Cloud GTM
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC/Command of the Message/Challenger
  • Forecast discipline and SFDC rigor
  • Strong cross-functional influence
  • Executive presence and ability to sell to C-level executives
  • Thrive in a high-growth environment
