Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to own programs that improve seller readiness, message consistency, and deal execution quality. This role involves designing onboarding, certification, and training programs, partnering with various teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a structured onboarding program
  • Launch ongoing enablement on key sales methodologies
  • Co-own pipeline plays with SDR and Marketing
  • Create and maintain field assets
  • Enable front line managers to coach
  • Build the data loop for product feedback
  • Define and track enablement metrics
  • Partner with Product Marketing and SE leadership
  • Deploy AI to improve content creation and learning

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales
  • Expert in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills
  • Program and project management experience
  • Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, and GTM technologies
  • Data-informed mindset
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships
