Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive revenue growth by optimizing tools, data, and processes. The role involves owning the Deal Desk process, building and maintaining sales territories, supporting sales strategy projects, delivering insights, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Deal Desk process
  • Build and maintain sales territories, quota models, and forecasting tools
  • Support sales strategy projects
  • Deliver insights and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy across CRM and related GTM systems

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS organization
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
