Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Sales Leader to manage a team of Account Executives focused on companies with up to 2,000 employees. The role involves coaching, pipeline management, sales cycle execution, and scaling a repeatable mid-market sales motion, partnering with various teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, ramp, and coach AEs
  • Set prospecting and pipeline creation standards
  • Run weekly forecast and deal inspection
  • Ensure MEDDPICC quality and executive alignment
  • Improve sales playbook
  • Partner with SE and Customer Success
  • Use data to improve sales metrics
  • Build a team culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading mid-market/commercial AE teams
  • 7+ years in quota-carrying sales
  • Proven team quota attainment
  • Mastery of consultative selling methodologies
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Identity/security/enterprise app domain fluency (plus)
  • Executive-level communication skills
