Job Description

Lumos is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be a technical champion throughout the sales process with emerging enterprise and mid-market customers. The role involves partnering with GTM and technical teams, architecting demos and POCs, and driving technical investments to scale go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert
  • Architect demos, POCs, and end-to-end solutions
  • Structure POCs with success criteria
  • Drive technical and process investments
  • Own initiatives for team impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and report on market trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in identity or cybersecurity is a plus
  • Success managing pre-sales for emerging enterprise/mid-market customers
  • Fluency in APIs
  • Empathetic and customer-centric approach
  • Desire to work in a high-growth startup
