This role involves leading the full deal lifecycle, partnering with the executive team, and integrating acquisitions to accelerate growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A and investment execution
• Build financial models and business cases
• Engage with executives and the Board
• Drive post-deal integration
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence
• Lead and develop a Corporate Development team
• Cultivate ecosystem relationships

Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong strategic vision and business acumen
• Experience managing teams and executing deals
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Executive presence and communication skills
• Familiarity with marketplaces, AI, or HR tech preferred
• Excellent judgement and ability to navigate ambiguity
