Job Description

Upwork Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead monthly forecasting and management reporting. This role involves owning core forecasting processes, partnering with various teams, and providing critical insights to senior leadership to align financial forecasts with strategic priorities and improve planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly forecasting process
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting
• Partner with finance, HR, accounting, and business units
• Maintain and improve forecast models and dashboards
• Monitor and analyze company-wide metrics
• Support the annual planning cycle
• Build and maintain documentation of forecasting processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Experience with forecasting tools (Planful preferred)
• Experience with ERP/reporting systems
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
